LOVE LOVE LOVE
As a doctorate level student I have found it hard to get the right amount of nutrients in during the day and often experience digestive issues because of my eating habits. Don�t get me wrong, I eat very healthy and work out but it just wasn�t enough for my body. These greens took about two days to get used to but my body LOVES them. Prior to taking these I used to get digestive pains/stomach cramps if I ate the wrong things but those are gone!! It�s only been two weeks. I also do not have any more bloating throughout the day. I honestly feel the best I have in a long time (im only 24). Like I said- they took about two days to get used to because the texture is like mowed hay/grass at first but I load a shaker bottle with water and LOTS of ice and I�m good to go!
