good pump
stuff realy give you a pump when you use proper dose 6gr.
Dont like this
My husband bought this and the flavor is bland so you have to mix it with something. I have noticed great pumps or more endurance or recovery. I prefer other products for recovery. This just wasnt what I expected. Not worth the money in my opinion.
