It's a good supplement for muscle recovery. I mix it with my protein shake before AND after workouts. Comes with flavor option, but I personally buy the unflavored because it comes with 60 servings versus 40 servings if flavored. If you are serious about working out this is a MUST product. Not expensive and has many benefits.

Affordable and effective BCAA Powder! Mixes well with what ever you put it in. I use it In A morning protein smoothie and a post workout shake. Have reordered this product because I love it!
Great BCAA! No unnecessary fillers
Doesn't blend well at first, but give it a minute to completely dissolve. Would like to see it come with a scoop to keep the servings consistent- but a spoon is always close by.
