I use Optimum ZMA in conjunction with 9mg of melatonin and it seems to let me drift off to sleep fairly quickly. Great price great product. Buy it.
Potent Dose of Recovery!! This product is dope!
I've tried a number of ZMA like supplements for nighttime recovery.. This product was the best when I first tried it and after having ventured even further out into the realm of nighttime recovery supplements, I returned, yet again to the Optimum Nutrion ZMA supplement (never to leave again). Now that I'm again at home with this superior, one might even say 'optimum' supplement, I can say it achieves its goal of providing significantly lower recovery times to such an extent that I sometimes miss being sore for days after a good lift. This product is so good that I may have to stop taking it. Just kidding, I love to 2 day turn around for major muscle groups. Great in combination with Optimum nutrition's Gold Standard Casein, to keep the muscles fed all night while sleeping.
