This product is really good takes good with or without milk. I usually use milk then when I run out use water and it�s still taste good. This is 3rd time buying this product and it has been helping me gain muscles and move up in weight and be more stronger than I was. I�ll recommend it for all it�s a great product and I�ll continue buying until they ran out or stop making it
