I use QUICK MASS to maintain my body weight. Very seldom do I use the recommended dosage. 1 typically use 1 scoop an hour before I hit the gym then 1 to 2 scoops immediately after. QUICK MASS helps keep my cut. Of you use as directed, make sure you are ready to do the work! This will definitely help with gains and if you're not planning on working out, the weight will outrun you. QUICK MASS does exactly what it claims to do when taken as instructed. Easy to mix and great taste. Well worth it!
